19. Control set-up and equipment

19.2 Each control must be marked by a control flag consisting of three squares, about 30 cm x 30 cm, arranged in a triangular form. Each square must be divided diagonally, one half being white and the other orange (PMS 165).

Doba’S Equipment offers you the opportunity for customised design. This service is absolutely free. Further more, for our production process there is no limit of the quantity/size of the contract.

Production time: 3 weeks
We deliver your order by courier of your choice or by courier with whom we usually work. The terms of delivery depend on the location and it usually takes between one and seven business days. Delivery cost is formed depending on the size and weight of the shipment.

Samples

We at Doba’S Equipment always prepare samples for our customers.Logo must be provided as a vector graphic (EPS, AI, SVG). The samples can be photographed and sent to the customer to confirm the colour and design. This is mostly in terms of those contracts in which the product is with your own logo. If the customer insists on the full sample size, it is free and can be mailed or send by standard courier service. The production begins after the approval of the sample.

Returns and warranty of our products

The warranty of our products is 1 year from the day the customer receives the order. If there are visible defects on the item the customer should inform us within 10 days of the date the product was received. In such case the products should not be used and shall be returned to the manufacturer. The customer will receive a new product or, if not possible, the amount of the order will be refunded within 30 days after the claim.
